  1. Sure seems that Tesla could put a couple of small pinhole cameras mounted in areas that would get a wide view of the chargers. One or two cameras mounted on a couple of SuperChargers and one camera on the transformers would cover the site and could be uploaded only when required. Getting a picture of the person or the license plate will aide in prosecution which is what is needed. This could also deter other crimes at SuperChargers.

  2. Air tags in some of the charger handle could be a deterrence. This only works if Tesla will track and prosecute.
