  1. Climate Change is making weather events more extreme. India, China, Japan, US, China and Australia need to do more to reduce use of fossil fuels. Coastal properties are at risk for rising sea levels. They must stop building and financing more coal fossil fuels power plants. Time to go all in on wind and solar energy and electric vehicles. Fossil fuels are a bad investment for people and the planet. Investors are divesting from fossil fuels. ESG investing is growing.

  2. Climate Change and rising sea levels will make coastal properties impossible to sell or insure. Banks and insurance companies will not want to take the risk in the future. People will not be able to sell coastal properties if no one can get a loan or insurance. Covid deniers and climate change deniers are the same. Both do not believe in science and experts. People are selfish and don't want to be bothered with restrictions.
