  1. Many US cities should do a similar program. Get vacant properties back on the tax rolls and put people in them before the vandals and nature destroys them. I love the HGTV shows Good Bones and Home Town because these are people / businesses that are fixing up old homes, improving their neighborhoods and helping their communities. Both of these are successful because they are trying to improve the community and not make a killing on every home they fix up. They make a modest profit or break even in some cases hoping that as the neighborhood improves so will the prices they can sell remodeled homes for. Instead of being greedy they get a personal satisfaction in what they are doing, they do quality work, and still make a good living. More people need to take pride in their homes, neighborhoods and community.

  2. Bicycles are great ! Bicycles, ebikes and escooters are great options for last mile, short distance travel. Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles by providing safe, protected bike lanes and trails. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Bicycles are healthy exercise and fossil fuels free transportation. Electric bicycles are bringing many older adults back to cycling. Ride to work, ride to school or ride for fun.

  3. Bicycles can reduce fossil fuels use and help fight Climate Change. Individuals, politicians and corporations all need to do more to protect the planet from climate change. Stop using fossil fuels. Stop using pesticides, add solar energy to your home or business, buy an electric vehicle, eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat and dairy, plant a tree, recycle everything. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Donate to non profits fighting for a better future. Support and elect climate leaders. Every child should plant a tree, bush or flowers wiith a parent or teacher. It will help connect them to nature and the environment. .What kind of future do you want for your children

Droughts, fires and extreme weather events will impact everyone. Individuals, politicians and corporations all need to do more to protect the planet from climate change.   6. Climate Change is making weather events more extreme. India, China, Japan and Australia need to do more to reduce use of fossil fuels. They must stop building and financing more coal fossil fuels power plants. Time to go all in on wind and solar energy and electric vehicles. Fossil fuels are a bad investment for people and the planet. Investors are divesting from fossil fuels.

  7. They need to stick with the healthy eating theme. People today are looking for alternatives to greasy fast food choices. More healthy plant based options are needed. Chipotle offers veggie burritos and they are great.
