  1. Until every executive in the company drives an electric vehicle daily they will not truly understand the product, its problems and its opportunities. Ford needs to have a fleet of competitors vehicles that its executives can try and compare their offerings to the competition. Every part of the market that they fail to compete in will mean lower sales and lower market share for Ford. Farley's comment that we know trucks sounds like he has given up on the rest of the market and raised the white flag.
