  1. All new plastic products need to be made from 100% recycled materials. All manufacturers need to design products to be recycled at the end of their life and use recycled products in manufacturing their products. Recycled products need to have a market for their use.

  2. Roofing materials need to be made from recycled plastic. Replacing asphalt shingle roofs every 20 years makes no sense when a plastic roof will last decades more.
