  1. China is currently in self destruct mode with GDP dropping Evergrande developer / housing crisis is collapsing the whole development / housing industry. This is a GDP build on debt, a big Ponzi scheme. The lock downs are impacting the whole economy and the worlds supply chains. Many manufacturers are now moving their factories out of China and back to their home countries. There is something to be said for supporting local production of essential products. Don't know what is going on with BYD but in a country where rule of law is not followed it is buyer beware.
