Everyone hates going to a legacy auto dealer to buy a vehicle or for service. You always walk out feeling cheated. Tesla has the right idea. Buy online and don't play the dealer BS game. No extra markups, No sales person BS, No I need to talk to my manager BS. No hidden fees and extras. Dealers have been taking advantage of customers for decades. No one should feel sorry for them if they go out of business. Legacy auto dealers are hurting customers and they are hurting legacy auto makers. Their EV sales are down because everyone hate getting cheated by legacy dealers.
