  1. It is time to reduce reliance on China. The risks are too high.  Having a diversified supply chain is best. Germany needs to learn its lesson of relying on one country too much Russia was relied on too much for fossil fuels. It could have been worse. It is time to move quickly to wind and solar energy and all electric vehicles.
