  2. Businesses need to do more to protect workers. Requiring masks and social distancing should be normal practice. Plastic dividers are cheap and easy protection. HVAC systems need to be improved with better air filtration and HEPA filters to improve indoor air quality. Buy a very high quality furnace filter and change it regularly. Leave a window cracked open to increase outside air circulation.
