  2. Opening up does not mean the virus has gone away or is not dangerous. It just means that you need to be careful if you go to any indoor business or event. They don't want all the businesses to go bankrupt from the lack of customers so they are opening back up. It is on you to stay safe. If the business looks risky, people not wearing masks, turn around and leave.
