  1. Europe and Germany in particular have been to slow to transition to wind and solar energy and all electric vehicles. Wind and solar energy do not need to be imported and can be produced locally in any country. Europe needs to provide incentives for homes and businesses to install electric heat pumps and get rid of old polluting gas and oil boilers. The move to electric vehicles will also be sped up. There is no good reason to help fund Putin's war by buying oil, gas and coal from Russia.

  2. Climate Change is making weather events more extreme. Floods, droughts, fires and low water levels in reservoirs and in ground water storage are becoming more common. We must stop adding more fossil fuels to the climate fire. India, China, Japan, US, Indonesia, Canada and Australia need to do more to reduce use of fossil fuels. They must stop building and financing more coal fossil fuels power plants. Time to go all in on wind and solar energy and electric vehicles. Fossil fuels are a bad investment for people and the planet. Investors are divesting from fossil fuels. ESG investing is growing.

Stop using pesticides, add solar energy to your home or business, buy an electric vehicle, eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat and dairy, plant a tree, recycle everything. All new plastic products need to be made from 100% recycled materials. No single use plastic products should be made. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Donate to non profits fighting for a better future. Support and elect climate leaders. Every child should plant a tree, bush or flowers wiith a parent or teacher. It will help connect them to nature and the environment. .Leave a better future for your children and grandchildren. The sea should not be on fire. We must stop adding more fossil fuels to the CLIMATE FIRE.

  4. Climate Change and rising sea levels will make coastal properties and low lying areas impossible to sell or insure. Banks and insurance companies will not want to take the risk in the future. People will not be able to sell coastal properties if no one can get a loan or insurance. Migration will move people away from coastal and low lying areas. Covid deniers and climate change deniers are the same. Both do not believe in science and experts. People are selfish and don't want to be bothered with restrictions. The cost to the economy and individuals will be huge.We need Climate Action NOW.

  6. Plastic waste is disgusting. Manufacturers of all products need to use 100% recycled materials so that there is a market for recycled materials. All new plastic products need to be made with 100% recycled materials. No new single use plastic products need to be made. Manufacturers need to use recycled materials for fencing, roof tiles, outside benches, boat piers, docks, asphalt paving and many other products. Amazon and other delivery companies need to go back old school and use crumpled paper for box stuffing and eliminate bubble wrap and plastic separators. The whole recycling industry need to have a market for its products. Companies need to look at their production processes and use recycled materials everywhere they can. The government needs to mandate recycled materials be used to make new products.
