  1. Maybe Europe and the USA should require Chinese car companies to have a European or American partner to gain access to the market. That is what China did to all other auto makers. China should be treated the same way they treated companies coming into their market. China has huge import fees for Foreign auto makers. Europe and USA should do the same to Chinese auto makers.

  5. Apple has talked about diversifying its manufacturing base for at least 5 years. They have been slow to act. They moved some manufacturing to India and Vietnam but it is too little and too late.

Weather events are getting more extreme because of Climate Change. Heat, flood and droughts are getting more extreme.   7. China was once considered the worlds manufacturer. That has ended. The supply chain is broken. Investors and companies are fleeing and setting up investments in friendlier countries. China's economy is in decline and the CCP is making it worse with poor policy decisions.

Unfinished, poorly built buildings need to be demolished or finished. There are too many buildings sitting empty dragging down prices. Land use sales could not have possibly increased during the 3 year lock down. The numbers produced by local governments or developers cannot be accurate.

Local governments are cutting salaries of employees to reduce expenses but this will cause increasing unrest by people. Unless they are bailed out by the central government they will default on debts.

Parents and teachers stopped teaching children the "golden rule" 40 years ago and now honesty and caring for others keeps declining.   30. A decline in population is a good thing. Focus needs to be on quality of life not quantity of life. Population needs to be in balance with jobs, resources, nature and the environment. Having a bigger population in any country than the country can support makes no sense. Access to food, water, shelter, energy and jobs should guide population levels. The worlds population is still expected to add another billion people to feed, clothe and produce pollution. Humans are crowding out all other species of plants and animals. Education and birth control are key to reducing poverty and hunger. Having a child that you can not provide for yourself is cruel and irresponsible. We need solutions not just sympathy. Endless population growth is not sustainable on a finite planet. Every country needs to "TRY" to be more self sufficient. When there are not enough resources to sustain a population something has to give. Countries need to focus on quality of life for their citizens and not just quantity of life for cheap labor. Why import fossil fuels when wind and solar energy can be produced locally and solar energy can power electric vehicles. We need solutions not just sympathy.

Fast foods and sugary drinks have long term consequences. There is an obesity epidemic today where over 60% of the population is overweight or obese. What is common today and "NORMAL" is not healthy. The average person today is not healthy and is taking medications. Heart attacks were once only common in people over 65. Today people in their 40 are having heart attacks. Add more plants and vegetables to your diet and less junk and overly processed foods
