  1. Property developers rode the wave of easy money. Now they are unable to pay back the loans. Bond holders did not appreciate the risk to their investments. They will suffer default and lose their money.

  2.  @audifan2501  The growth of the property market is an illusion. Empty buildings and empty 3rd and 4th tier cities have many unfinished buildings that will be torn down. The population in China has begun to stabilize and the endless growth that drove demand for decades is gone.
