The property sector will drag down the whole economy. Employees, suppliers, bond holders, local banks, local governments and investors are all being dragged down. Steel producers are filing for bankruptcy because sales have declined as construction has been stopped. All other building suppliers are also being impacted and are going broke. All these empty and unfinished buildings are an example of what the whole economy is. A shell about to collapse. Foreign investors will lose the most as the government tries to quell internal unrest. This will speed up the exit of companies, investors and individuals that made investments in China. The supply chain is broken. China will no longer be the worlds manufacturer. The virus lockdowns will only speed up the exit.
