  1. Adding more empty buildings is not the answer. The focus needs to be on finishing or demolishing empty buildings and not starting NEW projects. Restore balance to the market where supply does not excessively exceed demand.. There are just too many empty buildings exceeding the demand. Prices need to fall to attract buyers,

  2. The numbers are probably worse than reported.  Numbers from governments and businesses can not be trusted and are manipulated to please the government
