  1. China's economy is in a death spiral. Property developers will file for bankruptcy one by one as bonds become due. Local governments are cutting salaries of employees to reduce expenses but this will cause increasing unrest by people. Unless they are bailed out by the central government they will default on debts.

  2.  @flyingspirit3549  I doubt the central government can bail out all the bankrupt developers. Some will just disappear. Some will be consolidated into healthier developers. Many properties will never be finished. Many people will loose their life savings. Employees will lose their jobs. Sub contractors will not be paid and will go broke. It will be a huge mess. Outstanding bonds will not be paid. Bond holders will lose their shirts. This will impact a huge part of the society.
