  1. The only way out of the property crisis is to drastically reduce the price of housing. Next there needs to be a halt to new projects. Unfinished, poorly built buildings need to be demolished or finished. There are too many buildings sitting empty dragging down prices. Land use sales could not have possibly increased during the 3 year lock down. The numbers produced by local governments or developers cannot be accurate.
