@kamikaze5528 mad aint perfect although yes its the best solution so far. For one mutually assured destruction relies on responsibility with those involved. Not to mention mad just makes powers wait for civil conflict in there enemy and swoop in when said enemy is down.

@kamikaze5528 exactly my point. Hints why I didn't list any alternative options there all worse.

@kamikaze5528 like I said the best solution so far BUT not perfect. There will always be opportunities and there will always be motivation Mad just drastically reduces opportunities.
