As for Chips MILITARY CHIPS are not HIGH END they have limited functionality just as 80% of the Chip market is Medium to Low end chips. High end chips are used in things like Smart phones etc NOT MILITARY EQUIPMENT. CHINA now has the world's fastest QUANTAM computer millions of times faster than Americas best they are investing in Ohitonic Chips new technology if they crack it the current chip market will cease to exist. America still uses Chinese chips for domestic products because they're cheaper than other types.
