  1. Putin spent over a decade trying to get Ogliarchs to keep their money in Russia while they openly thumbed their noses at him, the West did it in days. Vladimir will be opening the Champagne tonight. As for the rest of the world they know which countries to avoid in future looks like Asia and Africa won't be banking in the West.
