  1. Under US law they can't apply sanctions unless at WAR all US sanctions are illegal as are their not UN approved sanctions. They simply violate the RULE of LAW as they please while demanding others comply. America and Israel have both passed laws exempting themselves from international law and claiming they have the Legal right to WRITE INTERNAL LAWS they can impose on other countries they must obey. Russia and China need to do this to America.
