  1. Under no circumstances should Russia enter a new Treaty with the US. AMERICA broke and openly violated the last one. If they were genuine they would have asked Russia to help bring other countries in. The US Illegally manufactuted a new class of land based Nuclear Cruise missile while denying it then installed it within 2 weeks of breaking the Treaty thinking they had the Ace in hand. Then suddenly finding Russia had upgraded permitted weapons to a level of technology beyond ✡️S capability or comprehension. Now finding themselves decades behind America suddenly cries foul demanding a new treaty in a desperate attempt to stop Russia from defending its self and the world. The way to peace and submission by the ✡️SA is to let them live in fear that any minute they can be anhialated and are utterly powerless to respond.
