When the US attacked Yugoslavia during its break up they forced the European Court to pass a law "that states any group of people can apply and vote on forming their own country" they use this to apply FALSE claims of sovereignty to groups they support. When Crimea had a free and open vote they suddenly refused to recognise the law they created. Ukraine NEVER Existed it was a Russian creation claiming Ukraine has always been an independent country is pure fabrication.
