Amelia Earhart US Troops reported they found her Aircraft and documents in a safe on a Japanese held Island in WW2 they were ordered to burn the Aircraft and hand over the papers. She was reported to be spying enroute for the US government. Hoffa simply made too many enemies and stole too much money and paid the price.
