  1. I have seen the Satellite images on the Russian airfield in Ukraine clearly a large explosion away from the aircraft in protected bays none were destroyed. Russia designs its aircraft to survive sudden over pressure (nuclear blast) the west does not. They were towed from the area no doubt for inspection, repair and safety.
