They actually moved them to Afghanistan months ago probably thought they could use them against the Chinese Iran and the Taliban its self after leaving. In Syria Russia destroyed 1000 ISIS fuel tankers making daily oil runs to Turkey for 2 years and America never noticed? this is how they were financed off the books no cash trail it fell apart after Russia destroyed them. Trump held Syrias oil for the same purpose supply Terrorists and steal Syrian food in the region.

@menachemharrison I suspect the blast in Kabul was done at the request of US intelligence services to try and stay in Afghanistan they have no regard for their own people they're expendable to the cause.
