  1. Why would this truck driver choose to load his truck in a active traffic lane when there is clearly a large parking lot right there. Truck driver won his Darwin award fair and square in my opinion. If the driver of the car is found to be not intoxicated or not distracted I believe they should be released. Just from looking at the aftermath this trucker clearly had an active lane of traffic blocked with no visible warning lights or roadblocks to warn other motorists what he was doing. Trucker appears to be at fault unless there is some other evidence not being shared.
