  1. Sorry but I have been around tons of porta John's and I think these people are exaggerating the odor issue. If the park is not heavily used in the winter it does not make financial sense to build a full restroom structure. Such a structure then needs heat, as well as cleaning which cost more money. You would think more people would understand cost management better then most do. (Edited for spelling)
