@Game_Hero 1. Oh, so you have no documents proving genocide of Crimean Greeks by Crimean Tatars, let me help you with one -
I.A. Gozadini, nephew of St. Ignatius (later Saint Ignatius of Mariupol) on His uncle difficult mission:
"he must go around - secretly, of course - the cities and those villages of the Crimean Peninsula
in which Christians lived - scattered among the Tatars. There were seven such cities and 25 villages."
"He provides his nephew with an appeal on his behalf to his spiritual flock, inviting him to become a citizen of Russia."
"In this appeal, he most clearly explained what their situation was at that time: the constant danger of life,
the dubiousness of their condition, the impossibility of openly professing their faith. In parallel to this,
he points to the grace awaiting them in Russia: inviolability of property, complete security of life and good name,
complete freedom in the performance of religious rites - processions, religious processions, blagovest for calling believers to church."
2. Mariupol is a Russian city - both founded and built by the Russian Empire, this city has nothing to do with Ukraine.

@Game_Hero @Game_Hero 1. Oh, it looks like we moved from "the guy doesn't seem to exist" to "pages on a genealogy",
so apparently the guy does exist. Who would think, what a twist!
2. Not it was not inhabited - (trans. from Ukranian) From the beginning of the 40s of the XVIII century. the center of the palanka
is Kalmiuska sloboda. At the end of the 60s, it represented a large settlement, which, in connection with the threat of an attack
by the Crimean horde at the end of 1768, the Kish decided to transfer to Samara. However, the inhabitants of the sloboda,
complaining about the shortage of fodder for cattle, which emphasizes the spread of cattle breeding in this region, refused to
move to Samara, although the palanka administration headed by Colonel Sydor Chaly moved to Samara and moved
the St. Nicholas Church there. However, the appearance of four freedmen on the Mius in 1769 gives reason to believe that part
of the inhabitants of the Kalmius sloboda remained in place and, under the pressure of the horde, moved eastward, settling
near the rebuilt Trinity fortress (Taganrog)..
3. Zaporozhye Cossacks neither called themselves nor thought themselves to be Ukrainians.
One of the most prominent atamans of Zaporizhian Sich - Ivan Sirko was called Урус-шайтан (Russian Devil) by Turks.

@son_of_alandalus Wiki (Russian section translation):
According to partisan reports, Crimean Tatar collaborators also carried out punitive operations against villages that supported the partisans. During these actions,
they burned buildings and killed residents[34]. Servants of the 147th and 154th[pol.] volunteer Crimean Tatar battalions organized raids and searches for Soviet
and party activists in the city of Simferopol[38]. The 148th[pol.], 149th, 151st[pol.] and other Crimean Tatar battalions participated in the search for partisans in
the forests, as well as in the extermination of people whose loved ones were partisans[38].
Collaborators from among the Crimean Tatars were also used by the German authorities as guards of various military and civilian facilities,
including a concentration camp set up on the territory of the Krasny state farm near Simferopol[48], where through torture, execution, gas poisoning in specially
equipped cars (“gas chambers” ), burning at the stake, and being thrown into a well, several thousand people were tortured alive[49][50].
Members of the 152nd Volunteer Crimean Tatar Battalion of Schutzmannschaft not only served as guards at the Krasny concentration camp,
but also engaged in torture and mass murder of prisoners.[51]
