  1. They are both made in Australia so there shouldn't be any difference. I actually believe it is sad that they appear to have to "spell" out things differently and have different packaging because what, Americans can't see that biscuits and cookies are the same thing or if they don't emphasize "sugar" they won't like it? They must be the same as they would be made on the same equipment. If you said they were different that would have made no sense.
