  1. The whole bicycle thing, especially in Australia is so annoying. I have ridden a bicycle since I could walk. Used to ride one to school for years. I NEVER had any problems. I had ONE rule, if it is bigger than you give way. The ONLY rule you clearly need. Now these bike lanes are absolutely useless. People have to park on the street, so if you try to use a bike lane you are constantly riding out into the road to get around parked cars. Because many people on bikes these days are IDIOTS, it is dangerous, not only for the bike rider but for the motorist and pedestrians. Of course the utter morons that make rules prioritise bike riders over everyone else, which makes things even worse and more dangerous. There are simply too many bike riders who are enormously self centred and believe the world revolves around them and everyone has to make way for them. Some will purposely hold up traffic when it is not necessary. Which of course pisses people off and makes things more dangerous. As usual the government is responsible for this stupidity.
