Harold is injecting fear into the conversation to cut entitlements,if Harold wanted to protect Social Security stop allowing Congress to keep using Social Security funds as their private checking account thats just like corporate raiders coming in and stealing the social security money tax payers paid into,in return the Congress as brazen as can put an I O U in place of the money they extorted,totally irresponsible and there is no interest paid back to social security,its criminal to steal except if your in congress that needs to be reformed.
