  1. 60 years ago ,great american companies had greater freedoms to conduct business in America,where employees were respected by companies and work ethics were rewarded,incentives gave employees oppurtunity to earn,pay scales jumped,if I worked an extra 20 hours over 40 hour work week and received a bonus of being paid 90 hours because business was good and profitable, I had the motivation to work extra hours for the rewards, U.S.Steel used to be one such a company,but with the heavy burdensome restrictions imposed by government regulators those incentive pay systems no longer have a work to reward relationship in the United States for the employee regulations stripped the profits from companies and forced closures of plants that could no longer bring in the profits to treat the employee like it once did. Big government regulators from big government institutions imposed their coercive will upon businesses ability to maintain profits to make it possible for individual incentives and over the decades that followed these once great companies had to keep reducing until they were just skeletons of their once great existence, that is what big government Marxists institutions did to capitalism in America.
