There are a couple of scenarios, one would be that given the high degree our government agencies are leaked,is it possible that a leak is created in twofold categories, a deliberate Washington DC leak meant to point to an outside source hacked into classified files to disseminate detailed information onsupposedly sensitive Ukraine information that is not already unknown,but serves to look to be unknown at the time,its not a stretch to think our agencies can't mimick Russia's spy network apparatuses and produce leaked documents in the overall espionage going on,on both sides. Leaks work in a lot of undefined ways,you may think Russia is in a bad way,but then again what is Putin's long game plan to use Ukraine as a whipping post against Nato countries more sympathetic to Russia ,is Ukraine just one arrow in the Putin plan for greater Europe's demise and collapse? What about the misery Putin has now incited in Hungary and perhaps Turkey too,as Erdogan's latest comments towards Israel and that speech coming just oneday after Lavro met with Turkey's leader ... Putin is plotting even beyond the Ukraine now,perhaps you don't realize how Obama's mistakes in the Middle East led to Putin's entrance into Syria militarily,but I seen it,Perhaps to the vacuums Obama opened up in the Middle East were very naive and short sighted to think Obama could quietly bow down to Iran's every demand and all would heal itself? Not so,Not in the laws of nature,our enemies immediately pounced on the Middle East and Obama-Biden administration let them. Perhaps Biden should be paying more attention to his past mistakes and finally admit his policies are the weakness the enemy sees,and the pickings are even easier in the face of Biden's weakness.

It's a possible double- double operation inside the security information,sounds like CIA disinformation planned leaking to counter - counter information - disinformation is a degree of CIA culture to be the leaker and point the finger elsewhere, playing the spy game on both sides.
