  1. Notes: How does the Supreme Court come down on the President's "Executive Privilege"claims regarding to Benghazi? Can not the supreme court issue a definitive ruling by subpoena to order the President to produce all the evidence he is witholding from Congress on Benghazi's fatal attack? How does a president assume executive privilege and at the same time tell us he is the most transparent administration of all? I think not,Why would a president argue privacy and claim to be transparent? Respectfully,he is lying to us, if he refuses to release evidentiary records in his possession is not a persuasive enough for him to sustain this privilege. Besides,Why is he hiding it from the American citizens ?How can the courts sit silent as they avoid any interference with President's discretionary actions to coordinate and conceal all the important facts pertaining to Benghazi? It seems to be a Constitutional Crisis these days as government doesn't function properly as it should especially,when the Whitehouse is stonewalling.There is a red line in government and that line is TRUST and abuse that line and you'll lose the American people's support.
