I wouldn't call them proxies, but I would call these proxies what they are the long arm extension of the Iranian Red Guard military ,they are trained in Iran and get deployed to countries Iran annexes.Iran is busy erasing other countries borders and claiming that realestate as Iranian territory and Iran is looking for more countries to annex with the help of Russia and China like Turkey,you can be assured Turkey is on Iran's list of other countries.
