If the Supreme Court takes up this case,it shouldn't rsh through it ,it should not be pressured to enter a quick ruling for politicaloutside purposes,its unbelievable that Trump doesn't have presidential immunity forever just like every president before him does,if those presidents don't have presidential immunity than prosecuting them for War crime allegations will be possible,Biden can't revoke one president's immunity without opening that can of worms for them and Biden could be opening up himself for the same.
