  3. You can see these bridges were never built to protect from terrorism,if you look at the weakness in the trussel foundations are so faulty,built like a domino affect ,you see the result of the construction. Where were the tug boats that used to usher and navigate large ships through waterways?

  4.  @nonameissafer.8457  they used too I can remember tug boats taking ships up the Delaware River in the 1960's and 1970's, what changed,who ended those safety measures?
