Public schools bear many resonsibilities,one of the most important is the constructive teaching of intellectual skills ,such as reading at or above any grade level ,along with writing ,mathematical calculations,and problem solving. Testing those student skills is a measure of how teachers are teaching these critical educational skills,the myth democrats promoted since the 1960's ; is ,democrats argue tests do not measure ,intelligence,nor attitudes, nor quality of character,this is all bogus a student is tested on his or her intelligence ,attitude toward paying attention to detailed learning ,and testing shows a lack of character to be a disciplined student,scoring low reflects on a failure of character to invoke proper participation in school and home study habits,the deficiency in student participation and achievement are actually based on a bad characteristics like ,sloth ,and laziness ,poverty does not increase a students lack of discipline,in many cases the parents transfer these bad attributes to children,destroying the education system to fit bad attitudes and poor characteristics is what led to the collapse of the public school system now run by ineptitude and sub standard teaching. Society suffers and collapses as a result.
