BIDEN HAS NO PLAN FOR A MILITARY VICTORY,ans it shows u s how nothing Biden does can have any real effect,this is what happens when politicians decide to manage a war,only to slide us into a spiralling black hole,neither Biden or Putin have any desire to end it,the real tragedy is the genocide of the Ukrainians.
