To whom it does concern,I wonder what Madison would say,"if he were in Congress today"? What would Madison think about this Democrat Party machination to usurp the 3/5ths majority to pass legislation called the Nuclear Option?
I wonder if Madison were alive today, would he blast the Executive Action powers as an unauthorized expansion of Executive branch's powers to encroach upon the legislative branch to make law?Would Madison be shocked and repulsed that Constitutional limitations are not being upheld? What would he say, about political party's are both guilty of executive abuses to pass legislation to cancel out former President's policy in this continuance of political feud and destruction of each other's policy.
If it doesn't have a 3/5 this majority in the first place, then the jurisdiction have unlawfully usurped the government, simultaneously issuing executive orders without legislative support according to there political effect, not necessarily made in the pursuit of national prosperity and not with the happiness of the minority, but on the Executive branch's party's prejudice,or the political interests to ignore the separations of powers.
Madison(46 ) questions the unjust dubious motives for a good reason, when the federal government may tend to get big headed to feel infallibility and over extend its political power the due limits of the Constitution, the States are designed to still the "Free Advantage " in the means of defeating such tyrannical encroachments of the executive actions committed by the absolute majority.
Madison(47) says," with clarity for every citizen to understand as Madison quotes,"No political truth is certainly of greater intrinsic value or is stamped with authority of more enlightened patrons of liberty, than that on which the objection is founded, the accumulation of all powers in the same hands whether of one ,the few,or the many, and whether hereditary,self-appointed or elective may justly be pronounced the very definition of Tyranny.
