Its a concern is very real,such a government autocratic tool could lead to government control all the funds in everyones 401k funds,this isn't the first time democrats floated the narrative of taking over the overseeing 401k control over market funds,would you like government taking money out of 401k's and replacing it with an IOU, Its another government scheme to rob Peter(public 401k 's) and give it Paul( big government democrat party) to recklessly spend today and repay your 401k a mere pitiance of what a real free market 401k can do,it's just like what democrats did with social security trust fund,they raided like government pirates for themselves.
