Its long past time ... this problem has been aloud to fester for decades ...it's only getting worse ... the DOJ isn't doing anything remotely decisive...a third prong is to use the RICO statutes to dismantle the drug cartels in roads infiltrating all our cities dismantling and eradicating these drug cartels entrenched inside the United States.
