  2. Why doesn't our transportation department have inspection oversight over railroad upgrades,why is it always a catastrophy before they get off their butts? I don't get it Transportation department has 26 billion dollars of our tax money ,why aren't their modernization loans to upgrade all these collapsing infrastructure problems ,case by case,stop blaming and start solving our crumbling infrastructure?And,if the director isn't up for the job get his resignation or fire him.
