One thing for reform is put the DOJ in the judicial branch where it belongs,it doesn't belong in the executive branch where it has been the corrupt criminal arm of the Biden Whitehouse, executive actions are nothing more than a president overstepping his boundaries invading into legislative orders written by someone else not the legislative branch. This is how president's end up with dictorship powers and executive powers,and no president shall have an unlimited use of pardon power,there should be limits or else it becomes a smorgasbord of pardoning anyone.
