  23. 996 is definitely too extreme. 4 days a week is bad for the employer. In Australia that means Thurs is get ready to party. Mon I'm too hungover to work. Meaning only 3 days of productivity. If it were my call, I'd implement a 3 day on 1 day off continuously with no focus on hours, only productivity. If an employee done a good job or completed their task early they're welcome to leave early.
