  4. The stuff in the jar was more about fermentation, not stink and you're only supposed to eat bits at a time, not the whole piece 😅 Also as a kid I attempted fried smelly tofu in HK. The smell was tooooo strong. Like putting doo doo to your nose and eating it. As an adult I need to revisit this challenge 💪
