  1. I believe that there was a Court Case a few years ago where the Person was Convicted but Died before Sentencing. After appeals, the Court ruled since he was never sentenced, he was declared Innocent. And of course, delaying Sentencing for years is totally Unconstitutional. It’s basically a Bill of Attainder.
