  1. I wonder if those who got their Records purged in Maryland can get their 2A Rights restored? There’s a question asked on the Firearms Purchasing Form 4473 that asks if one has ever been CHARGED with a Crime that could put you in Jail for a Year or more. Charged. NOT Convicted. Even if the Charges were dropped or you were found Innocent in the Courts. That should open up the possibility of more Lawful Gun Ownership if they can ever get this BS Question into the Courts!
