  1. This may have been mentioned, but the PD Lieutenant who had to Testify in front of the Grand Jury was ORDERED by the DA to NOT reveal about 2/3rds of his Testimony. It turns out that the Evidence was EXCULPATORY and if shown would have the Grand Jury dropping the Case. The Lieutenant just gave a Sworn Affidavit to the Court a couple of days ago. So now we have another Duke Lacrosse case!
